Covington & Associates was established in 1984 in Denham Springs. The company was in business until 2000 when Lawson Covington expanded by opening a Coldwell Banker Real Estate franchise office here in Denham Springs. With much hard work and a great team, I was able to grow the company exponentially over a ten year period. In November of 2010 Lawson left the franchise behind and with great joy re-opened Covington & Associates Real Estate.
Covington & Associates is a full service Real Estate company dealing in residential, new construction, commercial real estate, and vacant land. Our office is located in Denham Springs, Louisiana and we cover about a seven or eight parish area. We have Realtors living in and around that entire area so our reach is wide. We have ninety Realtors on our staff each with different backgrounds from residential development and new construction, any size commercial transactions, short sale and relocation.
Covington & Associates has continually been right at the top of the market for transactions closed and are continuing to grow. Residential new construction and residential new development has long been our great passion and that passion shows strong throughout our ninety Realtors. I firmly believe that in this fast paced world, one vast difference in our company is how all ninety of our Realtor family members get behind and are strongly involved in every project we take on.
